Your daughter will, your wife won't. You should be able to put in an application for both of you at the same time I think, although you have extra steps to jump through, regarding registering foreign births I think.
Most EU countries are better about spouses living with you than we are though.
I'm in a similar boat, but was born in Belfast, so a bit easier. I need to get my applications in.
