Buying watch. What do I lose by buying through a grey market dealer and not an AD? Nothing at all?

Depends partly on the watch. @ejay can probably give you more detail but I'm pretty sure that Rolex/Tudor warranties have to be set up by an AD at the point of purchase and others are probably the same.
