I think the answer is no but to be sure....can I safely run a 26×2.2 (56-599) tyre on a 700c wheel? The wheels have Architype rims.

If you can even get it over the rim you must have arms like the incredible hulk; a 700C wheel has a 622 bead seat diameter...

(No, it wouldn't be safe)
