If you're not particularly heavy (given your height I'd assume you're not) and you're not going to be descending mountains, go 140 front and rear.

I've got double 160. It's too much for my 70-ish kilos in the road. If I could choose again I'd go 140 front and rear, or 160/140 for extra safety. You don't need much in the rear anyways, as soon as I push the lever too much too soon it's skidding in my expensive tires

Can someone recommend rotor size ? Should I go with 140 or 160 ?
Will be using TRP Spyre mechanical brakes.
I weigh 60kg., so weight shouldn't be a big problem.
