Tony has definately settled in now. Millie is a tint bit more accepting, but shes still growling and hissing on her way past. However mutual love of roast chicken lured them both together... briefly.
He managed to get out the catflap with a squeeze, but being a bit portly he struggled to get back in. So I've just replaced it with the Sureflap pet door.
