It's amazing what a new bottom bracket can do! Finished in good times and my legs feel really quite fresh considering.
Despite 3 spills (UP(!) Chart Lane, by Hever and then the last drop back into Green St Green), I've made it back in one bruised piece.
Both back lights are damaged, scratched up my saddle, tore my tights and my jacket has a hole on the elbow, but I am fine, if not a little sore.
Be careful kids, it's slick.
