A few weeks ago I had to fill in the same for clothing tax allowances and the thread was dead . Tried again this week and it went through . It took 30 mins of security hoops to get through though wasn’t easy so first check correct email adddress correct tax code correct house address correct work address correct mobile phone number . Then get the 2 part digi code . One half to email one as a text then log in .
