I can’t find any option to fill anything out online
If you have a username and password, log in at the page @hoefla linked to and the options on the next page after the 2FA should be self-explanatory

I did that, then they emailed me saying they couldn’t send me anything in the post as I was registered online. But I can’t find any option to fill anything out online.
