Ta. You're most probably correct. I can strip fat and put on muscle fairly quickly but was pretty surprised.
I managed to blow out a hard earned 71kg race weight to 75kg after 4 days in Munich last year. Can I blame the scales inaccuracy on that or is it more likely liquid (beer) and sausage retention?
