  • No, not definitely but I've got better definition and can normally gage my weight by it as anytime I do put on (fat) weight it goes straight there.

    I'm in the habit of weighing myself at the same time each day. The six weeks before were all pretty much bang on the same weight. The last few times have been the same (75kg) too. Yesterday's was straight after an hour on the turbo too.

  • I call it like I see it. Presumably being on a turbo you're still doing endurance work, not strength work, it's only been 3 weeks, you're not accurately measuring anything, except maybe weight but even then, what scales do you have? Cheap scales could vary in the cold. Google maximum weekly potential muscle growth rate.
