Aside from the temperature, there isn't enough light now and you risk them getting "leggy" as they stretch for what is available.
You can get fluorescent and eco lightbulbs that give off light in the same spectrum as sunlight. I've used an old fishtank with such a tube and a heating mat as a nursery.
I'd also have potted them on before now: if the roots are entangled, it'll be difficult to separate them without causing damage.

Any advice for growing chillies past the "healthy seedling" stage?
My plants are about 4 inches long, lots of leaves but they aren't doing much growing in the winter. I've got about 10 plants in the one plant pot, should I separate them out now or in the spring?
