If F&F are the stated 978g, then technically the Felt FR FRD is lighter......
......albeit by something like 20g
I will testify, that at that weight, you can easily get it under 7kg without any particularly fancy wheels, finishing kit or group set.

this was the statement of the manufacturer at the time of the release... not sure if it's still correct, but what I know, that a size:52 weights about 665gr....so probably lighter than the Felt.
The 56cm FRD was 684g, so probably not.
Either way, why don’t we compare apples with apples and bring your thread up to the here and now:
