  • Lacto fermenting Red Cayenne and Scotch Bonnets with garlic, ginger root and star anise. About a week in now and the brine alone is hot enough! Going to drain the chillis, remove anise and then blend with enough brine to make a paste.

  • Amazon. They sell them as a 'complete' set for silly money. Cheaper to buy the airlocks and buy the jars and lids separately.
