Rideing brakeless is illegal in Barcelona. i had people stopped by the police for it and i had been stoped by a policeman even if i had a front brake and he said that i needed 2 brake.....
Great, I was told it was fine by the shop that hired the bike to me. Ah well, the ignorance was bliss!
