While looking for an image of a car in a swimming pool, I noticed that this has become a bit of a thing--especially, it seems, by mistake. Here are ten from 2013-15 alone:
There seems to be no evidence that any of these crashes are the result of high jinks, and that Keith Moon drove his Rolls-Royce into a pool seems to be a myth:
As with all types of crashes, these are occasionally fatal. This is the only case I can find, although I'd be certain there have been more (and there have, of course, been many drownings where cars were accidentally driven into lakes or the sea):
