I build these a few years back for my wife's bike. They've had little milleage (less than 200 miles) and have been living in the back of my shed since.
They're Tiagra 9 speed hubs on H+Son rims. Perfectly true, very little wear on braking surface. Not brand new, and would benefit from a wipe with some muc off, but they're overall in very good condition.
The front wheel is radially laced.
