Within business, most participants in a team are present because they have some clearly demonstrable relevant skills or experience.
Within the Cabinet few if any have any relevant skills,
and they are only present because of innate self belief in their suitability to be PM,
which endures despite their previous performance.

What's the matter with all these people? Our team meetings don't descend into '14 different job applications to be [team leader]" when something's a bit tricky.
Beyond being a mother, she's manifestly unqualified to do this role.
