Also does anyone have a gpx for the A road detour for the last bit of London -Wales-London? I'm almost certainly not going to do that, but would be nice to have as a backup if I'm really behind schedule.
Don't think the controls are the same as in 2011 (when it used to be called the Severn Across) but here's what I did that year (the year before I did the designated route):-

Ah, it's Lambourn instead of Membury Services, so you'd go to the Lambourn control and then head straight to Newbury, blat along the A4 all the way to Taplow and the up to Gerrard's Cross that way.

Can I just double check that I'm right in thinking that the deadline for the 2017 audax season is the end of this month? So if I do a 400 DIY this weekend or next then I'll have an SR for the year (I have 200,300 and 600 done).
