Go to a shop and try stuff on. Fit is what counts.
2 piece leathers is what I have. Can get some 2nd hand off eBay.

for Helmets, this site is good to get a feel for what is a good one as its the official ratings listing.
Other kit will depend on budget vs type of driving you will be using it for. I go for full textile suit but thats personal preference vs full leather onsie.

Every summer I dream of having a motorbike. Over 20 years now, every year something takes precidence. I've decided to get a cbr600f for next summer. Need to do my test. I can research buying guides for the bike. What's best in terms of buying a helmet, boots etc? What brands are recommended?
This would be a weekend toy initially. Do I buy full leathers/ race suit? Advice appreciated for a newb.
