Clutch pack come loose internally, anyone worked on it recently?
Or the shaft has decided to stop being a shaft.
Some have a cog and a pinion gear at the bottom instead of a fork type arrangement, guess it's possible once the plates and friction material is worn beyond tolerance for that gear to come off the end of the of the rack/pinion arrangement
Was worked on recently when the cover was replaced (part of the recent crash repair). Clutch shaft retainer spring was incorrectly reinstalled and came loose. Shaft disconnected from pinion at the bottom.
