Noticed an issue with my bike the other day. Front mech stopped shifting up, I took a closer look and found the mech had rotated a little. I undid the bolt, repositioned it and as I was tightening it back up, the bolt went from tight to loose. I discovered the radius washer was rotating with the bolt as I tightened it resulting in this mess. The braze on is slightly crushed and the washer won't sit straight. In this pic its torqued up to 7nm (Shimano say it should be 6 - 8nm) so it certainly not overtightened. Can I repair this or straighten it out?
