  • cheers, 400mg three times per day sounds a little more reasonable.

    It's for my knee - I've been to the physio already (and have another appmnt this week) and i'm doing stretches, foam rolling and glute exercises, as well as nightly massages from wife but have been told that an NSAID (such as ibuprofen) will be helpful too.

  • Try to take the ibuprofen with food, can mess with stomach and cause ulcers if you're taking a lot for an extended period.
