Cycle Training UK is looking for a Project Manager (part time)
21 hours a week
£14,982 per annum
(19.8 day annual leave)

We deliver a mix of cycle riding and mechanics training as well as a number of cutting edge projects that aim to reach people who normally may not consider cycling.
As a project manager you will manage both large and small projects including some large public sector clients. You will work with clients to design projects to suit them. You will sign off contracts and agree a work schedule and ensure that projects are logged accurately on our system (WorkFlowMax). You will communicate project details to our instructor team and relevant colleagues. You will work with clients for the duration of any project. You will have an understanding of the project management cycle from setting up projects to reporting and monitoring. You will aim to re-contact clients and get further work. You may be expected to contribute to writing procurement tenders.
You will also be expected to deliver cycle training as part of your role.
You will be:
passionate about cycling and sustainable travel
an excellent communicator both orally and written
have good attention to detail
a good listener ensuring clients needs are met
able to manage budgets and invoicing using our finance and management systems (Xero/WorkFlowMax)
happy to work in a busy open plan office
a flexible worker and problem solver
a qualified cycle trainer or prepared to train as one.
