Quick update.
First pedal bike has been a success. But......
Daughter is slight, only weighs 15kg, and even though the bike is as light as is practicable, its not quite as 'chuck able' as I'd like, I can see she could get more out of it with a few subtle changes.
So, I've made another version! Lower Bb, shorter chain stays are the main things to write home about. I will have to use a direct mount rear brake rather than the mini v as there is no space anymore.
Columbus max TT, aerofoil DT, 631 head tube and 853 seat tube. Paragon drop outs and trusty t45 wishbone rear end. Deda zero seat stays cut implausibly short also.
I have been asked for rainbow sparkles. I'm sure I can manage that. First I need to work out the clearances at the Bb.
