I put a lot of faith in ageing fixie skidders.
If it was fluid retention wouldn't it have gone away again? :/

I gained 9lbs from one day to the next but it was after the FA cup final where I had a skinfull and 6 courses at Theo Randall...Burp.
Where all your movements as expected? Also if you're worried maybe see a specialist - they might give you more insight than NHS

If the doctors can't tell you I doubt a cohort of ageing fixi skidders on the internet can.
Saying that, fluid retention of some kind.
