  • Week 2 of trying this as a snack replacement between meals, dictated by the calorie burn of my training rides before work. I find just a little bit of milk goes a long way to making the vanilla a bit more palatable, and better still found a use for all the weird and unwanted Nespresso tabs that have been sitting around my office kitchen for some time.

    Anyone London-based want to swap a vanilla for an unflavoured by any chance?
