I thought about making something like Huel myself and it actually works out cheaper if you shop around.
Powdered oats are about £4 for 2.5kg
Instead of rice and pea protein, I'd probably use whey isolate which is a little spendy at £15-20 per kilo but it's complete and digests well and doesn't taste like arse.
Then it's just a bit of powdered flax seed and coconut flour to get the fats up.
Only thing missing from that is the vitamins they add but I normally take 4,000 iu of D3 a day plus some other things.
Mixing it properly could be tricky.
