the unflavoured one is indeed not too good. vanilla I kinda like.
use it as a substitute for breakfast (3scoops) and tea (1,5scoop). have vietnamese for lunch and whatever for dinner.
looking fwd to lose a couple of pounds the lazy way, "eating" more healthy and save a bit of cash whilst im at it. will report back!
