I am 5'7" and rode a 54 with a 120 stem .. maybe 56 for 5'10" .. the 54-56 confusion is real!

@NorthLondonLight has a caad7 optimo that's he's selling in 54. It's kinda unique.

I'm helping build up a bike for a mates birthday and am after a Cannondale - CAAD5 or newer, ideally a CAAD10 in 54cm, 55cm... (he is 5'10")
Full builds or F+F considered
