I've not seen or heard of Pandan leaves... One ingredient I always try and keep an eye out for are fresh curry leaves. Really distinct flavour and like fresh bay leaves can really enhance curries / sauces. Barely ever see them anywhere though!

Made cashew curry for Mrs c00ps the other day - matched my shoes...
(but was yum nonetheless)
Apparently, this needs pandan leaf. Anyone know of somewhere that might sell it? I'd like to try at least once.
