I asked Togas and he didn't know why the downtube had MBK on it. From him:
many of those were used in Lithuania track,but they were painted over in yellow/green/red (national colors) and after that some coach repainted this one with black paint
He stripped the black back and you can now see what the original colours would have been. Similar to this.
