So for temp gauge I have one of the wireless Maverick models.
I have some BBQ Grommets that I want to use to run the wires without going through the lid.
To seal the lid I bought some of the FireBlack gasket.
I really like the Maverick. It has been completely rock solid. The grommets and seal will help to keep consistency of temp. I lose a lot of smoke out of the lid now and want to keep that on the meat and not ruin the probes.
