Depends which oat milk. Oat Dream is the best, I think it has Xanthan Gum as an emulsifier so it doesn't curdle. The Oatly one isn't too bad, if you let it go cold it does a little. still better than soy.

Oatly 'barista edition' (grey package) will not curdle no matter what you put it in or how much you heat it.
I keep the fridge at work well stocked. Predictably, people have been putting it in their tea/coffee when they run out of cow's milk and now they prefer it to cow's milk and have started buying it themselves.
