take that cassette off with what ever tool it needs (can't tell from the photo)
throw it in the bin.
go on eBay get a bmx freewheel with the amount of teeth you need.
in the mean time, redish the wheel.
respace the axle.
when the freewheel turns up, screw it on, put the wheel back on and go ride yo bike
Regina America freewheels change hands (new) for lots of money. So you might do well to clean it a bit more and stick it on ebay with a BIN of £30.
