Yeah, same with the Shiv and the Kinesis has a customised Thomson but I'm going to try my S-Works Tarmac post which is pretty standard carbon 27.2. I'd rather get the best fit possible from the start rather than having to put it together and pull it down again for a take #2.

I went for the DIY approach because my zipp seatpost is oval on the inside and I wasn't sure if the factory plugs would work with that.
