That 650b joke has already been made hasn't it.
I am toying with the idea of getting rid of my TiCX bike (because now I live in the flat fens of Cambridgeshire and I've already broken a leg cycling once already) into a smooth sailing boat do-it-all touring-commuter-meanderer-gravel ready-wider-hip-tyres-disc-brakes-fine type bike
I love love love love the 2015 Surly Straggler builds that have been on here, and tritons' got the 650b version on sale.
Caren Hartley says we should all be 650b-ing. The bonus is 650b works well for people under 5'6".
I'd be going for a 46-50cm frame. Their TTs are looooooong. (My second choice is the Cross check but no discs, and third is the Soma Wolverine but they don't even make them for people under 6' it seems).
Sizing: 46-50cm. Any advice on fit?
