I've done a lot of research and it is very difficult to say whether it's a De Rosa. It has the EM BB which is normally on early frames, head tube lugs are longer /bigger than regular and the flat fork crowns found on De Rosa frames. The tubing is lovely and it's very light and I think the only way to say for sure is to take it to Ugo and to get his opinion.
I love it though, who ever built it :)
