Wolftooth claims a roadlink enables you to use 11-40, but some reviews say the shifting quality is a little bit worse.
Anyway, I would opt to get a tanpan + mtb RD if I want 11-42 cassette

That would get me up to 36? So the smallest gear would be 34:36. Might be enough, given how cheap it is
Still would like to know if the compatibility is good
