The decal could be redone in vinyl, but I'm not 100% sure we'd be able to get a perfect colour match for the yellow. It depends how important that is to you (it would be to me).
It would also be ideal to find an image of that logo that is clearer to work with. If there's no perfect version online, then I might (might) be able to work with a clear close up of the tube.
