Has anyone had a problem with USPS tracking? Seller supposedly sent a package on 13th December, however since then the tracking had only said "pre delivery info sent to USPS." It goes on to say it doesn't indicate receipt of the parcel by USPS, but seller has said he dropped off at counter. He's a reputable gentleman so I do believe him. I'm just a tad unnerved about a frame that appears to be in lingo somewhere across the pond. Emailed them but got an automated response explaining the rise in demand for the postal service due to the holiday season, like I didn't already know that. Pls halp.
