I had problems with their payment system-- they were not to blame but the mess of interfaces between their banking provider and my bank--- BUT the fellow at the other end was VERY nice and helpful. Seems a tiny operation but that speaks, I think, more for them than against them. They don't carry everything but they do carry a pretty nice hand chosen selection of kit. I suspect logistics, in contrast to say HubJub, were out-of-house but that, I think, does not matter. Price, packaging, delivery time and quality of goods delivered was excellent. I've ordered from them and will probably again..
