As long as User70564 pays you via PayPal "good and services" so you're protected then there's no reason not to post to him/her, other than the usual hassles involved with shipping overseas which should be minor.

I'm willing to do whatever makes you most comfortable! I completely understand your trepidation. :) I made this account when I saw these brakes were available. Before I commit to anything I'd like to hear what you're thinking for shipping costs. I'm flexible, but I'm also a student, haha
