did not declare customs charges ,
when he revived asked me to pay half , two weeks later finds a dent 3mm on a chain stay I never saw when packing and now starts a return , stating wants me to pay full customs charges
and will not return unless I do so
fucked up shit , do I have to pay the customs fees ?
