    You can see in the image there's a square socket driver hole: You need to use a socket wrench in that. (3/8). Then use Howards Method on page two to turn the Castle Tool (which you can buy in Germany for £45)

    If your fork is still fine, you can save yourself the bother. But if you take the top cap off with a pin spanner and it looks dry, or if it doesn't move well, you may have to. Judgement call :)
