Need some advice.
I sent my caad10 to buyer, everything that was included in the sale was in the box and packaged correctly...I had an email from the buyer saying the forks wasn't in the box.
I know full well on included them, I got home this morning and allas, the forks were sitting there all packaged up by ups (new packaging) and not in the box.
The only way this could have happened is if they have opened the box and took them out personally. I'm going to ring up and complain for one, what else should I do?
