They're on my growing list of "people to email about bike shit that doesn't work so good" but I've not had time/motivation with house move etc.
I see the response you posted, the orange seal advices matches stuff suggested on Instagram. The avoid high pressure and avoid low pressure stuff (posted here) just leaves me feeling like it's more effort than it's worth and I should have bought g-ones or something. Fuck it, I'll just wear them out then sell all my bikes.

I emailed Jan last week and he said BJP are actually one of the tubeless compatible ones .. Barlow pass aren't. Have you emailed them about this sidewall issue @andy_k ?
