Good work so far.
Clarks pads are cheap and good. From what I can make out on the photo it looks like your current pads are one piece jobs rather than cartridge style. Some of these will do

Right, after almost buying a shiny new Ultegra 11-speed front mech for just £9, i ordered one of these for £6 to collect at the store.

As for the headset, i ordered a basic, yet favourably reviewed, £10 jobbie. I rang RIbble and they confirmed the ID and the angles.

Standard Deda bar tape is also on order for £1. It's purple...but it was £1, which seems reasonable. Besides, if it gets nicked it's easier to identify, right? It's also that garish it might prevent it getting nicked.

These calipers need new pads, too. I've a feeling that 'budget brake pads' is a bad idea. Should i cough up, or get some sort of Yugoslavian re-moulded pads?
They're 105 calipers...what do i need?
EDIT: Current build cost £162
