  • I had mine measured. Without knowing what your normal levels are I don't see how you could make a decision either way. The more recent studies seem to suggest that taking some or taking excess might be more harmful than good though so I'd be wary. Same as ACE vits that no smart person takes know because you're more likely to die younger plus they blunt training adaptations.
