Tl;Dr

I've a budget of £100 for new lights. What's the best front and rear combo people recommend? Are the Lezeyne 600 any good?

Yup, just got a Lezyne 600 a fair bit larger than the 350 but chucks out a good range of lumens, including an eye-melter if you're in pitch black. Micro Drive rear light has a nice glowing function too.
