No beef, you could get same in half price with better puncture protection .. the tubular version of them which I had was very 'race' orientated i.e. not great puncture protection.
Kojaks are ultimate for puncture protection, roll nicely, are light and cheap. Maybe not as hipster given no gumwall.

What's the beef with SBs? I have heard little about them tbh, they puncture a lot? How are the kojaks on that front?
